Sai Story

Om Sri Sai Ram

It is the blessing of Sai Ram, because of him I am able to write this today.

From my childhood I have heard many stories of Sai Baba but not much attracted to him as I was attracted by other Gods. Days passed away, I was happy living with my parents, entered into married life with blessed wife and two children. The period of tuff learning part of life started then, lost everything which I had earned till that time in my life, money, wealth, business, peace, others faith on me.

Everybody including my close friends and relatives started looking me as a sin creature and stayed away from me. Some well wishers gave me peace of mind and shared their experiences. I then realized that everyone has to cross the tuff learning of life period during which one realizes his individuality.I surrendered my life totally to God and just hardly pushing my days with 100% faith on God.I slowly become frustrated on life cursing my own fate and questioning myself whether faith on God alone will solve my problem. That day I saw a car moving in front of me, having written in its back with Sai Baba picture, Faith – Patience. This was the real turning point of my life,I realized that I need to have Patience along with Faith till God changes our life path to prosper. And from then I become the devotee of Sai Baba.

I started regularly going to Sai Baba Temple on Thursday, started praying Sai Baba daily with his mantras, and to my surprise, I slowly realized that Sai Baba has assigned me something to take to this world. Yes, the mantra “Om Sri Sai Ram” which can perform miracles in any one’s life and can relieve any kind of miserable is to be spread among the Sai Baba Devotees.

The most powerful way of praying Sai Baba with this mantra is through Likhita Prarthana that is Writing Prayer. Sai Likhita Prarthana is writing the mantra “Om Sri Sai Ram” for 108 times in a day for 48 days continuously which will bring the holy blessing of Sai Baba to his devotees.

I am once again feel the blessing of Sai Baba today who has given me the opportunity to write a little of his life story here for you :

Shirdi Sai Baba is regarded as a Saint, as a Fakir, as Satguru and Avtar of Lord Siva by his devotees. He is revered by both his Hindu and Muslim devotees during, as well as after his lifetime. Saibaba is now revered as incarnation of Sri Dattatreya, and considered as Saguna Brahma. He is attributed to be the creator, sustainer and destroyer of this universe by his devotees.

He is decorated with jewels and all forms of Hindu vedic deities as he is supreme God. According to accounts from his life, he preached the importance of realization of the self, and criticized love towards perishable things. His teachings concentrate on a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, and devotion to the God and guru. He stressed the importance of surrender to the true Satguru, who, having trod the path to divine consciousness, will lead the disciple through the jungle of spiritual training.
